| Mills & Mahon takes a distinctly
contemporary approach to accounting, tax and consulting services. Like most small
businesses, the owners of the firm are working partners. We are registered with the
Florida State Board of Accountancy and are a member of the American and Florida Institutes
of Certified Public Accountants. Our firm provides highly personalized and comprehensive services to our clients in an efficient and timely manner. By spending a minimum of one week per year on continuing professional education, we keep abreast of the constantly changing tax laws and financial accounting standards. Our rates are moderate because we do not support a large administrative overhead. |

| People: Berny M. Mills, CPA is a principal of our firm. Berny has been a CPA since 1973 and has lived in Seminole since 1972. He has a BSBA degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a Florida native. Michael T. Mahon, CPA is a principal of our firm. Mike has been a CPA since 1995 and has lived in St. Petersburg since 1982. His has a BS degree in accounting from the University of Tampa. Rebecca Clemens joined the firm in 1999 as a bookkeeper. She previously worked for an industrial truck dealership. Sandie Shebby joined the firm in 2007 as a bookkeeper. She previously worked for another accounting firm. |
